Additionally, please click here for a handy checklist that professors may use when developing their online course.
- Original Course Development (pdf) – never been taught online before. If you are ready to submit your original course development form right now, you may do so by clicking here (don't forget to hit 'submit' when done!).
Note: This request must go through the department chair, the chair submits these proposals to Cassched@fiu.edu. In the form above you should put your department chair's email in the 'Supervisor Email' space, then he or she will automatically get a copy.
